What we do
Biohazard Network connects people with independent, licensed local companies. These companies do cleanup and restoration work.We do not do any cleanup ourselves. We do not send crews, and we do not supervise the work.
To see what we check, read how companies are checked. To see what “licensed” means here, read our guide to certifications.
The company you hire
Each company is its own business. It is responsible for its own work.It is responsible for its own licenses and its own insurance.Your agreement for the work is between you and that company.
What it costs you
Biohazard Network never charges you.We never ask you for money. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or other payment details.
The company you hire charges for its work.Ask the company for a written price before work starts. If anyone says they are us and asks you for money, do not pay. Email us instead.
Your phone number, calls and texts
When you ask for help and send us your phone number, you agree that:
- a local company we’ve checked may call or text you about your request, and
- Biohazard Network may call or text you about your request.
We use your number only for that request. To stop texts, reply STOP to any text.Message and data rates may apply.
If a company asks to join, we use its contact’s number only to talk about joining.
What happens to what you send
Your request goes to a local company we’ve checked.Company sign-ups are emailed to us.We check every form for spam and keep a copy in our database. We keep requests for up to two years, then delete them.
Read our privacy notice to see what we keep and who sees it.
