How it works
- Someone in your county calls us or fills in our form.
- We send the call or the request to your company.
- You talk to the customer.
- They hire you directly. The job is yours from there.
What you get
- One main company per county, plus backup companies.
- A list of every call: time, length and city.
- No contract. Stop any month.
Who reaches out
- Families after a death at home.
- People after a crime, an injury or a suicide.
- People ready for help with hoarding.
- Landlords and property managers.
What we check
Every company passes our checks before it can buy a line: state business license, insurance and safety trained.
- Your state business license (UBI number).
- Your L&I (opens in a new tab) contractor registration, if you have one.
- Your certificate of liability insurance and its expiry date.
- That your crew is safety trained. You confirm it on the form.

- Plain, kind words. No graphic detail.
- A written price before work starts.
- No pressure and no judgment.
- Help with the insurance claim when it applies.
- Unmarked vehicles when they ask.
